Terms and Conditions

We welcome you ("you") to wantedvintage.com (hereinafter "us/we/our") online vintage store ("site"). The following terms and conditions ("terms") apply to all orders for the purchase of goods at the site by you. By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the site you indicate your agreement to the terms (or any change made in these terms from time to time unilaterally by us), so please read these terms carefully before proceeding.
 

Use of Site
Subject to the terms, we hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the site. Any breach of the terms shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.
If you wish to purchase items on our site, we will need to assign you a password and account identification. You will be solely responsible for all access to and use of this site by anyone using the password and identification originally assigned to you whether or not such access to and use of this site is actually authorized by you. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you. You shall immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of this site's security.
 

Description of Goods
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the site are correct. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
As the items sold on our site are vintage items, you must note that excellent condition does not mean mint. You should also treat the items purchased on the site with gentle care.
The price presented next to each item includes the cost of shipment but does not include the customs or other taxes/fees that can be imposed at the destination country and shall be borne solely by buyer.
You are advised to wash the item in accordance with the instructions on the item's ticket. We will not be liable for any damage which is a result of misuse of the item.
 

Availability
The supply of goods from the site is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. In the case of this happening a refund will be given.

Our Contract
After placing an order at the site we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we confirm your order.
You may not cancel any order made on the site except with our specific written consent.

Delivery
We generally ship worldwide. In very rare instances, we may not be able to ship to your address because of regulations in the country of origin or at destination; we will promptly notify you and cancel your transaction.
For the avoidance of doubt items can only be delivered to the name and address registered with the credit card or with the Paypal account used.
All items will be dispatched within 3 business days of our receiving your order. Items will generally arrive to their destination within 10 business days (but please note that we have no control over it). After dispatching the items we will email you the tracking number of your package so you could follow it yourself.
 

Returns and Refunds
you shall inspect all items upon delivery and in any event within 24 hours of delivery and shall as soon as possible and in any event within no more than 72 hours of delivery notify us in writing of any defects or if the item(s) are not in accordance with their description. In case we did not receive an email from you within the specified timeframe, you will lose your option to return the item(s).
If the item(s) purchased do not match their description, and provided that you timely notified us, you may return the item and we shall refund immediately you upon acceptance of the item(s). Please note that we will not refund shipping costs/customs or other and those will be deducted from the total amount of your refund in addition to the expenses we incurred in relation to the returned items (delivery, administration fees and other).
 

Customs fees & other charges
Orders may be subject to custom duties, and these are not included in the purchase price. You are responsible for these charges. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country.
 

Security
When submitting your order you are agreeing to the purchase of goods and to allowing us to use your personal data for the purpose of supplying the goods. We will not use your private details and will not transfer them to any third party, except is required for the provision of our services.
 

Risk
The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Notwithstanding, in case the item is lost during delivery we will refund you the total amount you paid to us (i.e. the price of the product as published on our website).
Events beyond Our Reasonable Control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, button icons, images, audio clips, and software (collectively, "content"), belong exclusively to us.
The use of any of our trademarks or service marks without our express written consent is strictly prohibited. You may not use our trademarks or service marks in connection with any product or service in any way that is likely to cause confusion. You may not use our trademarks or service marks in any manner that disparages or discredits us.
 

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This site, the items offered for sale on it and the transactions conducted through it are provided by us on an "as is" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials, or items included on this site
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, quiet enjoyment, data accuracy and system integration. This site may include inaccuracies, mistakes or typographical errors. We do not warrant that the content will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special or consequential damages. to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any damages (regardless of the foundation for the action) shall not exceed in the aggregate the amount of fees actually paid by you to us during the month immediately preceding the act allegedly giving rise to our liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Israel and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv district, Israel.
Miscellaneous
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
sNo instance of waiver by us of our rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waiver.
If any these provisions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed several and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.
